Terry Buchholz, P.E., C.W.R.E. has twenty-five years of progressive and responsible consulting experience. She is a professional engineer registered in Oregon, Washington and Nebraska. Terry is experienced in water and watershed management, planning and design; stream restoration; and environmental management and studies. She is well known as a water resources and environmental innovator in the Pacific Northwest. Terry has worked extensively with municipalities and irrigation districts on stormwater/surface water management, infrastructure improvements and environmental compliance.

Previous to founding IWS, Terry spent 3 years as a Vice President for David Evans & Associates, 8 years as a Vice President for HDR Engineering, Inc. and nearly 15 years with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
